Marma & Blackholes

  In Ayurveda, Marma refers to vital points in the human body where life force, or energy, is concentrated. These points are considered intersections of muscles, veins, ligaments, bones, and joints, and are thought to be powerful centers of life energy, known as prana. There are 107 marma points in the body, each associated with specific organs and physiological functions. In Marma Chikitsa (Marma therapy), practitioners stimulate these points to release blocked energy, improve blood circulation, and restore balance within the body. This technique can involve gentle massage, pressure, and other Ayurvedic treatments.
